Pursuant to Regulation 42 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, L&T Finance Holdings has informed that the Exchange that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 22, 2017 to August 28, 2017 in view of the 9th AGM of the Company to be held on August 28, 2017 at 3.00 p.m. at St. Andrews Auditorium, St. Dominic Road, Bandra (West), Mumbai - 400 050 & payment of dividend of Rs 0.80 per Equity Share of face value Rs 10 each. The aforesaid dividend, subject to the approval of the Members at the ensuing AGM will be credited/dispatched before September 27, 2017 to all Members holding shares in physical form as per the Company’s Register of Members on August 28, 2017 after giving effect to valid transfers lodged with Company on or before August 21, 2017 and to all the Beneficial Owners whose shares are held in demat form as per the particulars to be furnished by the Depositories, on close of the business hours on August 21, 2017.
