Date: 02-06-2012Onward Technologies has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on May 25, 2012,have approved the delisting of its securities at Ahmedabad Stock Exchange.
Further the company has informed that, since the equity shares are listed at the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India the provision of extending “Exit Offer” shall not be applicable.
