Tree House Education inks pact for acquiring MT Educare’s pre - school division

Tree House Education & Accessories, one of leading providers of educational services in India has signed a Non-Binding Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with MT Educare for the transfer of latter’s pre - school division comprising of six company-operated centers located at Mumbai and Pune. The transaction will be closed after the usual due diligence.

The company operates the largest number of self-operated pre-schools in India. It is known for the qualified and experienced teachers, our standardized curriculum and our quality education.
