Santowin Corporation may incorporate its wholly owned subsidiary in UAE

Santowin Corporation may incorporate its wholly owned subsidiary in UAE and for this the board of directors of the company will meet on July 28, 2011 to consider the proposal and transact the business.

Recently, Santowin Corporation had started operation in Ghana for exploring Gold from the mines in Ghana. The company’s representative had formed 100% subsidiary of Indian Co. in Ghana and now the transaction should have taken place in few days.

The company was also negotiating few more projects in Ghana, such as Education and Development in Real Estate.
