Tata Global Beverages has concluded the divestment of its stake in its Joint Venture (JV), Zhejiang Tata Tea Extraction Company (ZTTEC). In view of the above, ZTTEC has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company. The agreement for sale has been entered on April 6, 2017. The consideration received from such sale/disposal is RMB 18.49 million.
