Date: 04-06-2012Punjab & Sind Bank has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the bank will remain closed from June 16, 2012 to June 23, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 2nd annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank to be held on June 23, 2012.The dividend shall be paid on July 06, 2012.
