Tata Coffee announces book closure
Date: 04-06-2012Tata Coffee has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 10, 2012 to July 27, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 69th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 27, 2012. The dividend of the company for the Financial Year 2011-12, if declared at the annual general meeting, will be paid on the July 28, 2012.
