Bank of India announces book closure
Date: 04-06-2012Bank of India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the bank will remain closed from June 23, 2012 to June 29, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 16th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank to be held on June 29, 2012. Further, the dividend if declared will be dispatched and paid from July 09, 2012.
