Date: 04-06-2012Kirloskar Brothers Investments has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 10, 2012 to July 20, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 20, 2012.
Further the dividend, if declared by the members of the company in its annual general meeting to be held on July 20, 2012, shall be paid through electronic clearance system (ECS) or vide dividend warrants, as the case may be, on or before August 06, 2012.
