Infrastructure Development Finance Company announces book closure
Date: 05-06-2012Infrastructure Development Finance Company has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from June 30, 2012 to July 09, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 15th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on July 09, 2012.
Further the dividend recommended by the board at the rate of Rs.2.30 per equity share for the financial year ended March 31, 2012, if approved by the shareholders, will be dispatched/ remitted commencing from July 10, 2012.
