Larsen & Toubro’s (L&T) real estate development arm - L&T Realty has entered into an agreement with Nirmal Lifestyle Developers to jointly develop a land parcel located at LBS Marg in Mumbai's north central suburb of Mulund for residential use. The proposed development will be funded by L&T Finance to the tune of Rs 570 crore.
