Tata Global Beverages’ subsidiary is restructuring its operating model in the Russian coffee and tea market. This step has been taken after company's overseas subsidiary and its co-shareholder EBRD have undertaken a strategic review of their Russian business unit.

As per the arrangement, it has signed an agreement with Skodnya Grand and Coffee Pack, Russia to sell business unit along with all its assets and operating liabilities for a consideration and to license the brand to the purchasers.

Tata Global Beverages is a global beverage business with a brand presence in over 40 countries. The company has significant interests in tea, coffee and water and is the world’s second largest tea company.
