eClerx Services director tenders resignation
Date: 05-06-2012eClerx Services has informed that Sandeep Singhal, non-executive director of the company, has tendered resignation from the directorship of the company, with effect from June 01, 2012, which has been accepted by the board of directors, vide resolution passed on June 05, 2012.
Further, Singhal also ceases to be a member of the remuneration committee of the company and the committee stands reconstituted accordingly.
