Radaan to divest its shareholding in Radaan Talent Factory

Radaan Mediaworks India’s board has granted its approval for the disinvestment of Company's shareholding in Radaan Talent Factory, the Sri Lankan Joint Venture. Further, the board has also approved the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Sri Lanka to run its business independently.

The company would also be setting up a joint venture in Chennai in partnership with the Actor Anupam Kher for budding actors. The company’s board of directors in their meeting held on July 26, 2011 approved the same.

Raadan has long-term strategy to carry on the business of production of mega tele-serials, tele-films, films, computer graphics and animations, events show etc., some of the major programs with top TRP are chitthi, koteeswaran, annamalai, ninney, pelladutha, uuyale and china papa periya papa, sivamayam, vasoodha.
