Date: 07-06-2012Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the corporation on June 06, 2012 allotted 33,300 equity shares of Rs. 2 each, pursuant to exchange of 33,300 warrants by 14 warrant holders of the corporation.
Further the corporation has extinguished 33,300 warrants and the outstanding warrants posted in the exchange at 5,46,62,280. As a result the paid-up equity share capital of the corporation would stand at Rs. 295,63,22,980 consisting of 147,81,61,490 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
