Automobile manufacturer Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) has launched its indigenously designed and developed sports utility vehicle (SUV) - ‘XUV 500’ in Indore. The vehicle's ex-showroom price is Rs 11.83 lakh. The company has so far launched the vehicle in 19 cities and eyeing to do so in Patna and Jaipur.

M&M's monthly production capacity of XUV 500 has soared to 4,000 vehicles, and therefore the company is now extending its launch across the country, all India booking for the vehicle would begin from June 8 through its 100 dealers.
