HCL Technologies gains on opening new delivery centre in Sweden

HCL Technologies is currently trading at Rs. 855.15, up by 2.90 points or 0.34% from its previous closing of Rs. 852.25 on the BSE.

The scrip opened at Rs. 856.05 and has touched a high and low of Rs. 857.20 and Rs. 852.30 respectively. So far 1,622 shares were traded on the counter.

The BSE group 'A' stock of face value Rs. 2 has touched a 52 week high of Rs. 926.00 on 27-Jul-2017 and a 52 week low of Rs. 731.05 on 15-Nov-2016.

Last one week high and low of the scrip stood at Rs. 883.00 and Rs. 850.20 respectively. The current market cap of the company is Rs. 1,19,035.00 crore.

The promoters holding in the company stood at 59.68%, while Institutions and Non-Institutions held 35.79% and 4.54% respectively.

HCL Technologies has opened a new delivery centre in Gothenburg, Sweden. The new centre will be a key hub in HCL’s global delivery network, providing cutting-edge transformational IT services as part of the global shared services model. In addition, the Gothenburg office will also become HCL’s global headquarters for its mainframe services and automotive centre of excellence.

With the opening of the Gothenburg office, HCL now has 36 delivery centres in Europe and 12 delivery centres across Nordics. Initially, more than 150 people will be located at the new Gothenburg office to serve customers in the Nordics and globally.
