Subex board cancels ESOPs
Date: 08-06-2012Subex has informed that the ESOP Committee of the board of directors of the company has cancelled 23,365 ESOPs in accordance with the terms and conditions under the employee stock option plans of the company ESOP 2000, ESOP 2005 and ESOP 2008, and Securities and Exchange Board of India (Employee Stock Option Scheme and Employee Stock Purchase Scheme) Guidelines, 1999.
