JSL Stainless allots equity shares
Date: 09-06-2012JSL Stainless has informed that on June 08, 2012, the company has allotted 2,91,978 equity shares of Rs. 2 each to the Royal Bank of Scotland NV London Branch upon conversion of FCCBs amounting to USD 8,00,000.
Consequent upon the allotment, the paid up equity share capital of the company has increased from Rs. 37,90,11,250 to 37,95,95,206 divided into 18,97,97,603 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
