AMD Industries whole time director re-designates as JMD
Date: 09-06-2012AMD Industries has informed that with effect from June 01, 2012, Adit Gupta, who was appointed as whole time director of the company for a period of 3 years from April 01, 2011 to March 31, 2014, has been appointed and re-designated as joint managing director of the company for remainder of the terms i.e. from June 01, 2012 to March 31, 2014. However the same is subject to the approval of members of the company and central government.
