FIIs were net buyers of Rs 44.87 crore in index futures and options segments on June 08

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 44.87 crore in index futures and options segments on Friday, June 08, 2012.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 162.89 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 207.76 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net buyers of stock futures worth Rs 274.83 crore, and they sold stock options worth Rs 20.57 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on June 08, 2012 is 32.81%.
