MSR India to make investment in Avanti Medical Diagnostics

MSR India has received an approval to make investments in the shares of Avanti Medical Diagnostics. The board at its meeting held on June 09, 2012 has approved for the same.

MSR India (formerly Remidicherla Infra & Power) is engaged in the execution of various infrastructure and other projects. It is currently working on construction, land development and supply of materials for road construction projects.
