Sicagen India fixes book closure
Date: 11-06-2012Sicagen India has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the company will remain closed from July 24, 2012 to August 02, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the company to be held on August 02, 2012.
The dividend on equity shares for the financial year 2011-12, if declared at the above AGM shall be paid/despatched between August 13, 2012 and August 20 2012.
