Gokaldas Exports CS cum CO tenders resignation

Gokaldas Exports has informed that N. Sri Sai Kumar, company secretary and compliance officer, has tendered his resignation and would cease to act as company secretary and compliance officer with effect from June 07, 2012.

Further, the board of directors has authorized Sumit Keshan, chief financial officer of the company, to act as compliance officer of the company till the new incumbent company secretary joins the company.
