Physical rubber prices declined on Monday
Date: 12-06-2012Physical rubber prices declined on Monday, as there were no buyers on any grade even at lower levels, while futures too closed with a slight decline.
Spot prices for RSS-4 variety closed at Rs.186.50/kg as compared to its previous closing of Rs.188/kg while RSS-5 variety closed at Rs. 183/kg as compared to its previous close of 185/kg.
In the futures market, contract of RSS-4 for the June delivery closed at Rs. 183.50 compared to its previous closing of Rs.185.77, the contract of July delivery closed at Rs.185.40 compared to its previous closing of Rs. 185.82 on the National Multi Commodity Exchange.
