R Systems International has received an approval for the Scheme of Amalgamation between GM Solutions and the company and their respective shareholders and creditors. The Board of Directors of the company at their meeting held on September 22, 2017 has approved the same.

GM Solutions holds 29,746,353 equity shares constituting about 24% of R Systems International and is a part of promoter group of R Systems.
