Zensar Technologies allots fully paid up equity shares

Zensar Technologies has informed that, on exercise of stock option by employees of the company, the compensation committee of the directors has, on June 11, 2012, allotted fully paid up 10550 equity shares of Rs. 10 each of the company to its employees.
