HDFC allots equity shares

Housing Development Finance Corporation has informed that the corporation on June 12, 2012 allotted 40,20,250 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exchange of 40,20,250 warrants by 24 warrant holders of the corporation.

Further, the corporation has extinguished the said 40,20,250 warrants and the outstanding warrants post the said exchange stands at 5,06,42,030 and the paid-up equity share capital of the Corporation would stand at Rs. 296,43,63,480 consisting of 148,21,81,740 equity shares of Rs. 2 each.
