Steel Strips Wheels allots equity shares
Date: 12-06-2012Steel Strips Wheels has informed that the allotment committee of the board of directors of the company in its meeting held on June 12, 2012 have allotted 3,65,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price of Rs. 300 per share (i.e. at a premium of Rs. 290 per shares ) to DHG Marketing on preferential allotment basis. The said 3,65,000 shares constitutes 2.40% of the total enhanced paid up capital of the company.The paid up capital of the company increased from Rs. 14,84,31,700 to 15,20,81,700 comprising of 1,52,08,170 equity shares of Rs. 10 each.
