ACI Infocom approves appointment of promoter directors
Date: 12-06-2012ACI Infocom has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 07, 2012, has considered and approved the appointed of Nirmal Kumar Jain and Kushal Chand Jain as promoter directors of the company and accepted the resignation of Om Prakash Bohra as director of the company and deferred the acceptance of resignation of Alok Gupta as chairman and managing director of the company to next meeting.
Further, the board has given authority to one of the directors of the company to shift the registered office of the company within city limits and the same will be intimated in due course of time. Subject to such statutory approvals, gave authority to one of the director of the company to find out the suitable name of the company and once ascertained, will intimated in due course of time.
