FIIs were net buyers of Rs 569.60 crore in index futures and options segments on June 12

According to the data released by NSE, the Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs) were net buyers of Rs 569.60 crore in index futures and options segments on Tuesday, June 12, 2012.

FIIs were sellers of index futures to the tune of Rs 3.50 crore and they bought index options worth Rs 573.10 crore. In the stock segment, FII’s were net sellers of stock futures worth Rs 249.92 crore, and they also sold stock options worth Rs 8.93 crore.

Cumulative FII positions as percentage of total gross market position in the derivative segment as on June 12, 2012 is 32.54%.
