Date: 28-09-2017NTPC will commence commercial operation of 500 MW Unit 1 of Feroze Gandhi Unchahar Thermal Power Station, Stage-IV (1 X 500 MW) from September 30, 2017.
With this, the commercial capacity of the company would become 43392 MW and that of NTPC Group would become 50608 MW.
NTPC is the largest power utility company in India and has presence in Coal, Gas, Solar PV, Hydro and Wind Power Generation and Coal Mining.
