Gagan Polycot India board to consider audited financial results

Gagman Polycot India has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 18, 2012, to consider the audited financial results for the year ended March 31, 2012, and preferential allotment of equity shares to the promoter & non-promoter, as well as to consider the merger of the company for finalizing the share exchange ratio and the scheme of amalgamation.
