Bharat Electronics has informed that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Monday, the 30th October, 2017 at the Registered & Corporate Office of the Company at Bengaluru to consider and approve Unaudited Standalone Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2017. The Company has informed that in pursuance of the Code of Conduct and Fair Disclosure Procedure for Regulating, Monitoring, Reporting and Prohibition of Insider Trading in BEL Securities, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed from 10.10.2017 to 01.11.2017.
