JSW Steel has reported crude steel production of 3.94 MT in Q2FY18, a decline of 1% compared to 3.98 MT over the corresponding period in 2017.

The production of rolled products (flat) increased to 2.89 million tonnes (MT) compared to 2.86 MT in Q2FY17, representing a growth of 1%. The production of rolled products (long) during Q2FY18 stood at 0.77 MT, a fall of 2%, as compared to 0.79 MT in Q2FY17.
