Power Finance Corporation Ltd.

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) has extended financial assistance of Rs 1,329 crore to state power utilities of Uttarakhand. The company will provide Rs 1,020 crore to Power Transmission Corporation of Uttarakhand (PTCUL) for implementation of various transmission schemes. It will also provide Rs 309 crore to Uttaranchal Jal Vidyut Nigam (UJVNL) for renovation and modernization and up-gradation of Chilla Hydroelectric Project.

PFC provides large range of financial products and services like project term loan, lease financing, direct discounting of bills, short term loan, and consultancy services for various power projects in generation, transmission, distribution sector as well as for renovation and modernization of existing power projects.
