Yes Bank announces book closure
Date: 14-06-2012Yes Bank has informed that the register of members & share transfer books of the bank will remain closed from July 09, 2012 to July 14, 2012 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 8th annual general meeting (AGM) of the bank to be held on July 14, 2012.
Further, dividend for Financial Year 2011-12, declared by the shareholders at the annual general meeting will be paid to the shareholders of the bank during July 19, 2012 to July 26, 2012.
