Wipro resolves issue and allotment of equity shares
Date: 15-06-2012Wipro has informed that administrative committee of the company's board of directors vide circular resolution dated June 14, 2012 resolved to issue and allot 121350 equity shares of Rs. 2 each pursuant to exercise of the stock options by the eligible employees under restricted Stock Unit Plan 2004 and Restricted Stock Unit Plan 2005.
