Date: 26-10-2017Vakrangee has informed that vide resolution dated October 25, 2017, the Nomination and Remuneration and Compensation Committee has approved and granted 372100 number of options to eligible employees of the company at a price of Rs 274.65 per option under its Vakrangee Employee Stock Option Scheme 2014 (ESOP Scheme 2014).
