United Spirits has reported results for second quarter ended September 30, 2017.

The company has reported a rise of 85.58% in its net profit at Rs 153.10 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 82.50 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 3.20% at Rs 6,245.10 crore for Q2FY18 as compared Rs 6,051.20 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.

United Spirits is the largest spirits company in India and a flagship entity of UB group. It manufactures wide range of whisky, vodka, rum and other spirits.
