Indus Towers Ltd.

Bharti Infratel has received an approval to explore and evaluate acquisition of stake in one or more tranches in Indus Towers with the aim of making it a subsidiary or wholly owned subsidiary of the company. The board of directors of the company at its meeting held on October 30, 2017 has approved for the same.

Bharti Infratel is a provider of tower and related infrastructure, and deploys, owns and manages telecom towers and communication structures for various mobile operators.
