The company has reported over five-fold jump in its net profit at Rs 1294.08 crore for the quarter under review as compared to net profit of Rs 249.56 crore for the same quarter in the previous year. Total income of the company increased by 21.77% at Rs 14,470.41 crore for Q2FY18 as compared Rs 11,882.96 crore for the corresponding quarter previous year.
On consolidate basis, the company has reported net profit of Rs 1017.78 crore for the quarter under review as against a net loss of Rs 49.38 crore for the corresponding quarter in the FY17. Total consolidated income of the company increased 20.16% at Rs 32,717.35 crore for quarter under review as compared to Rs 27,228.50 crore for the same quarter ended previous year.
