Date: 18-06-2012Asian Flora has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 08, 2012, has considered and recommended the name of director of the company whose office is liable to retire by rotation and appointed John Wilson as independent director of the company.
Further, the board recommended the reappointment of statutory auditors of the company and venue and date for AGM.
