Bharti Airtel Ltd.

Bharti Telecom, promoter firm of Bharti Airtel, has acquired additional 184,710,183 equity shares (representing 4.62% of paid-up share capital) of Bharti Airtel from another promoter firm of the telecom major, Indian Continent Investment (ICIL) on November 3, 2017.

Consequent to the aforesaid acquisition, the shareholding of Bharti Telecom in the company has increased from 45.48% to 50.10%.
