ICICI Bank Ltd.

ICICI Bank has received its board’s approval to sell part of its shareholding in ICICI Securities in an initial public offering (IPO) by the Company, subject to requisite approvals and market conditions. The size and other details of the offer would be determined in due course. The company’s board gave approval for the same at its meeting held on November 7, 2017.

ICICI Bank is the first bank in the country to leverage on Apple’s virtual voice assistant to enable cross border remittances.
