Iris Mediaworks approves appointment of director
Date: 18-06-2012Iris Mediaworks has informed that the board of directors of the company at its meeting held on June 14, 2012, has considered and approved the appointment of Rakesh Ganesh Naik as an additional executive director on the board of the company.
Further, Nitin Nandkumar Bhatkar, whole-time director and Ajay Chandrakant Pawar, executive director resigned from the directorship of the company.
