Hindustan Unilever allots equity shares under ESOP
Date: 18-06-2012Hindustan Unilever has informed that the committee of the board in its meeting held on June 18, 2012 has allotted 44,539 equity shares of Re. 1 each under ESOP, which vide shareholder's resolution dated May 29, 2006 is known as '2006 HLL Performance Share Scheme'.
Consequent to the above allotment, the paid-up capital of the company has increased to 216,17,94,134 shares & the issued capital has increased to 221,49,13,110 shares.
