Mayur Uniquoters board recommends issue of bonus shares
Date: 19-06-2012Mayur Uniquoters has informed that a meeting of the board of directors of the company will be held on June 22, 2012, to consider and recommend the issue of bonus shares, if any ,to fix the date, time and place for holding the annual general meeting for the financial year 2011-12
Further, the board will consider and approve the notice and other matter related to the annual report.
