ITDC appoints director cum chairman
Date: 19-06-2012India Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC) has informed that, pursuant to the power given under Article 61 of the Articles of Association of the company, President of India (Ministry of Tourism) has appointed Shankersinh Vaghela as part-time non-official director cum part time chairman, in the rank of cabinet minister, on the board of the company with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and until further orders.
Further Shankersinh Vaghela has assumed the charge as chairman (part time) the company on June 13, 2012.
