Steelco Gujarat reports net loss of Rs 1.05 crore in Q4

Steelco Gujarat has reported results for fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2012.

On standalone basis, the company has reported net loss of Rs 1.05 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 6.84 crore for the corresponding period last fiscal. Total income decreased by 8.71% at Rs 139.97 crore during the quarter under review from Rs 153.33 crore in the year-ago period.

The company has reported net loss of Rs 28.70 crore for the year ended March 31, 2012, against net profit of Rs 2.52 crore in last fiscal. Total income decreased by 12.41% at Rs 469.80 crore from Rs 536.39 crore in the year-ago period.
